a guy who identified himself as Paul Allen (his English was not so good) claiming to be with some Federal Grant Program... he claimed he had to verify my info... he got my name (first & last) correct.. but then he tried to verify my address... and that was totally wrong.. so he asked for my current address.. but I refused to give it to him.... then he told we that he guesses that I'm not the correct person for the grant... then I hung up.
